individual psychotherapy
-
In individual therapy, I use a similar depth‑oriented approach as I do with couples. It’s not about quick skills or simply changing thought processes. It’s about developing a stronger attunement to yourself - understanding your internal dynamics, your somatic signals, and the parts of you that have been working behind the scenes for years.
We slow down your inner experience so you can make the unconscious, conscious.
My work is grounded in somatic awareness and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and shaped by intensive training focused on trauma, anxiety, and complex emotional patterns. Together, we explore the deeper forces that shape how you respond to stress, closeness, conflict, and vulnerability. This allows you to move toward more clarity, steadiness, and emotional connection - both within yourself and in your relationships. -
• Trauma and protective patterns - understanding how past experiences shape present reactions
• Anxiety and overwhelm - exploring the deeper fears and pressures beneath reactivity
• Relational stress - clarifying your role in patterns and strengthening emotional presence
• Postpartum and early parenthood - navigating identity shifts and emotional complexity -
Individual therapy can help if you’re experiencing:
• anxiety or emotional overwhelm
• trauma‑related patterns
• relational confusion or distress
• postpartum emotional shifts
• a sense of being stuck or disconnected
