My Approach
A depth‑oriented, emotionally attuned way of working
My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we understand the deeper emotional patterns shaping how we relate - to ourselves and to the people we love. Whether I’m working with couples or individuals, the focus is not on quick skills or simply changing thoughts. It’s on slowing down, tuning in, and making the unconscious, conscious.
I help clients explore the emotional experiences, protective strategies, and somatic signals that often operate beneath the surface. When these deeper layers are understood with compassion, people begin to feel more connected, more grounded, and more able to show up with themself and others, with clarity and presence.
Attachment‑based and emotionally focused
Attachment is at the heart of my work. Our early experiences shape how we reach for connection, how we protect ourselves, and how we respond when relationships feel strained. I help clients understand these patterns so they can move toward more secure, responsive ways of relating.
My approach is shaped by advanced, immersive training with leaders in the field, including Sue Johnson, Esther Perel, the Gottman Institute, and the Integrative Sex Therapy Institute. This allows me to work with conflict, disconnection, intimacy, and trauma‑impacted dynamics with nuance and depth.

Somatic awareness and Internal Family Systems (IFS)
In individual therapy, I integrate somatic awareness and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand their internal world. This work is not about forcing change — it’s about developing a stronger attunement to yourself.
We explore:
• the parts of you that carry fear, pressure, or self‑criticism
• the protective strategies that show up during stress or conflict
• the somatic cues that reveal what’s happening beneath the surface
I draw from intensive IFS training focused on trauma, anxiety, and complex emotional patterns. This depth‑oriented work helps clients move from reactivity to clarity, from overwhelm to steadiness, and from disconnection to a more grounded sense of self.

Intimacy, desire, & emotional connection
Intimacy, desire, and emotional aliveness: Intimacy is deeply emotional. Desire shifts in response to stress, trauma, postpartum transitions, and relational patterns. I help clients explore the emotional roots of closeness, vulnerability, and connection so intimacy can feel more natural, grounded, and alive.
A space for depth, clarity, and connection: Whether you’re seeking support individually or as a couple, my approach is centered on depth, compassion, and emotional attunement. We work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface- and to create new ways of relating that feel safer, more connected, and more aligned with who you want to be.
If you’re longing for deeper connection within yourself or your relationship, I offer a free 15‑minute consultation.
